musical instruments for sale
I would like info on the history of a spring (or thunder) drum, cylindrical tube with a spring coming out one end.

I would like whether it is a native American musical instrument or other – I took a gift shop for my daughter and found lots for sale online but have not found the whole story – maybe none? It is decorated as it may be native american eskimo or maybe?

it is called Meerschaum (pipe of peace) have used the old red Indian chifves they thought it sufficient to maintain peace around i think they were wrong!

Texas Sugar/Strat Magik

Texas Sugar/Strat Magik

$2.54

It may be cruel to dismiss Chris Duarte as just another Stevie Ray Vaughan wannabe, but it’s accurate. There’s not an original sound or sentiment on this debut album, right from the copped licks of opener “My Way Down” to the environmental cautions of the finale “Borrowed Love.” Duarte is technically adept enough to get many of the late Vaughan’s guitar mannerisms right, from his rich-but-brittle …

Buddy Guy’s greatest album is also his debut full-length session as a leader. “One Room Country Shack,” “Mary Had a Little Lamb” (a Stevie Ray Vaughan favorite), “Sweet Little Angel,” and “Worry, Worry” are defining songs, full of high-wire vocal dynamics and guitar work of almost balletic poise. The tone of Guy’s 1957 Fender six-string remains the benchmark for nearly every blues player who’s sin…

What is the difference between a Stratocaster guitar and guitar elavation?

My son has guitar lessons and his teacher says he is ready to Stratocaster guitar, I know nothing about guitars so please help. Elevation seem much cheaper, but have the same look and seem to offer more or less the same. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks

I can not seem to see the logic to say that someone is ready for a guitar in particular. the only real difference is the tone and playability. the only real thing is not for beginners is a Floyd Rose bridge, but that's not the issue here. Also, certain styles are easier to guitars in particular. For example, players who play like a million miles per hour prefer thinner neck. Heres http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/catalogId/1500001501/partNumber/5407316.htm a link to a guitar brand elevation, is this you are speaking? and in my opinion, is a start. Fender brand just for the bucket as essentially everyone does an imitation of initiation. the brand will officially begin for any fender or squier its subsidiary. to return to the question. the world of guitar is a complex network performance vs price. usually a good compromise can be found. For example, a squier stratocaster Start is a per se, but labor will be less than a counterpart defense more expensive. There will be differences in basically everything. Hardware, inlaid wood and student guitars will suffer. Also, all this depends on what your child is playing today. If it's an acoustic, I see that the teacher is gone. If you are playing a cheap guitar student who maybe just means that time to upgrade to a more playable guitar? Ultimately, in virtually every major brand of guitar you get what you pay. There are small house brands out there that offer much better bang for your buck. The only problem with these is that you have to know what you see, otherwise it will be worse. two smaller brands I totally wholeheartedly trust are agile, and Raven West guitars. Its management is really behind their product. Expect to pay more than 200. 300 receive a very useful intermediate guitar. so is your child really ready for a $ 300 guitar? if accurate models in question shows would be infinitely easier to give advice. now I'm just probing in the dark. good luck
